We coach senior people from all sectors to achieve their objectives and build confidence.
We find that with our general business experience we can ask questions which will change a senior manager’s view of situations. We all construct mental models based upon our reality. This is often what prevents us from achieving stretching objectives. The coach will ask questions to challenge thinking and behaviour.
Each session concludes with a measurable action plan which is then reviewed at the next session. Our aim is to ensure the client is independent and not reliant on the coach.
When required this can be combined with some NLP Coaching to improve self-confidence and self-belief.
